He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Elliott, Sr. and Louise Elliott; and his sister Sandra Smith. He is survived by: his wife Martha Elliott; his daughters, Tammy Meeks (Keith), Angela Standridge and Kim Smith (Scott); his brother Bill Elliott; his grandchildren, Ashley Martin (Shane), Kaitlyn Meeks, Joshua Standridge, Jakob Standridge, Jordan Standridge, Jarrett Standridge, Jeremiah Pilgram, Ryan Smith, Nathan Smith and Kara Decatur (Nathan); and his great grandchild Megan Martin.
