She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Johnson "Jim" Gideon; her parents, Roy Woolley and Elinor Woolley; her sons, James Johnson Gideon, Jr., Benjamin Roy Gideon and David William Gideon; and her daughters-in-law, Brooke Russell Gideon, Laura Susan Bamberg Gideon and Kristen Triplett Gideon. She was also cherished by her five grandchildren.
