She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Cope and Nellie Cleo Lewis Cope; her husband James Barton Testement; her children, Ronda Testement and Dennis Testement; and her siblings, Clyde Cope, Jackie Neal and Shirley Bruce.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Testement (Connie) of Braselton, Georgia, John Testement (Hope) of Gainesville, Jamie Gordon (Jim) of Auburn and Thirteen; and her siblings, Ron Cope (Joy) of Winder, Georgia, Robert Baltimore of Dunlap, Jimmy Baltimore (Dean) of Port Charlotte, Carolyn Holtz (Don) of Gainesville and Patsy Patton (George) of Destin. She is also survived by Thirteen Grandchildren and Twenty-one Great Grandchildren.
