He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Hastings Morgan and Lola Hammond Morgan; and his son William Tyler Morgan. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Morgan Reid (Jim); his granddaughters, Margaret Fogarty (Gibbs) and Caroline Terwilliger (Sean); and his great grandchildren, Reid and Tyler Fogarty.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Saint Margaret's Episcopal Church (1601 Pleasant Plains Rd, Annapolis, MD 21409).
