He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Rebecca Jones; his siblings, Lois Mayo and Charles Simpson; his granddaughter Emily Medina; and his uncle Doyle Staten (family: Eugene Whitworth). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews, and other extended family, friends and neighbors.
