He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Thomas Anthony (Erin) and John Drew Anthony (Lyndi); his brother Stephen Clay Anthony (Cathy); his grandchildren, Thomas of Kate, J. T., Abi and Nate; and his nephews, Matt (Meredith) and Clay Anthony.
