He was predeceased by: his parents, Lettie Simmons and John Harvey. He is survived by: his daughters, Charlotte Mack, Yolanda Taylor and Sabrina Hayes; his siblings, Johnny Harvey and Barbara Harvey; and his grandchildren, Joseph Brown, Jr., Crystal McKnight, Monesha Mack, Xavier Winfrey, Tavisa Taylor, Devante', Sandra, Terrance, Marcus Williams and Alexis Love. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
