He was predeceased by: his parents, George Condrey and Barbara Anne Condrey; his former wife Mimi Condrey; his brother Greg Condrey; and his pets, Rudy, Molly and Ruby.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley McFarlane; his sister Kelley West (Peter); his sisters-in-law, Barbara McClintock-Condrey and Ellen Westrom (Dave); his son Dion Condrey (Elizabeth); his stepdaughters, Tiffany Labelle (Don) and Cherise Caradine (Torvic); and his grandchildren, Bryce Labelle, Cyann Caradine, Eli Condrey, Grace Condrey and Dashal Caradine.
