He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma O'Neal and Scott O'Neal. He is survived by: his significant other Maggie; his son Kevin Lee O'Neal of Spartanburg, SC; his sisters, Sharron Weas of Sellersburg, IN and Peggy "Annie"; his brother-in-law Freddie Sierota of Sellersburg, IN; his granddaughters, Kendal of North Carolina and Kadence O'Neal of North Carolina; and his nephews, Jeffrey (Jane), Timothy Sierota (Kimra) of Sellersburg, IN and Jeremy Sierota (Kim) of Memphis, IN.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Our Home (45 W Bay St Suite 103A-9, Jacksonville, FL 32202). A burial will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at the Lebanon National Cemetery (20 State Hwy 208, Lebanon, KY 40033).
