He is survived by: his wife Mikal Kitchens of Berkeley Lake; his sister Kay Weekes; his sister-in-law Sherry Brown (Lynette Miller); and his nieces and nephews, Barbara, Dustin Stokesbary, Diana, John Rigsbee, David, Vicki Weekes, Mike, Sharon Weekes, Rick Manton, Kerry, Gary Farley and Chris Manton.
