He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Franklin and Lula Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Snider Franklin; and his sisters-in-law, Valerie Snider Rutland and Marie Franklin Johnson. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
