She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Lee Powell II and Laura Eloise Powell; her husband Rudolph Posey; her niece Victoria Powell; her children, Sandra Marsh, JoAnne Posey, Rudolph Posey Jr., Jerry Posey and Shunquea Rambo (James); her siblings, Rudolph Powell, Edward Powell (Maxine), David Powell (Bebee), Earl Powell and Shirley Powell; and her cousin Kim Smith. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other extend family and friends.
