She was predeceased by: her parents, Henrietta (Andrew Lewis) and Teresa. She is survived by: her husband Brian; her son Blake; her daughter-in-law Laura Alice; her grandchildren, Colette and Lewis; and her brother Andy Lewis, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
