It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Joanne Carpenter of Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, A. L. Campbell and Annie Campbell; her husband Kenneth Albert Carpenter Sr.; and her brothers, Jean, Bud and Bikey.

She is survived by: her children, Kasey Carpenter and Kelly Carpenter.
