She was predeceased by: her son Darrell Leonard Thompson; and her siblings, Norwood Foister, Mildred Allen, Dorothy Shiver, Preston Foister, Lois Glover and Louise Morris.
She is survived by: her parents, Norman Foister and Safronie Faircloth Foister; her daughter Peggy Thompson Mason (Greg) of Covington, GA; and her grandson Cody Mason.
