She is survived by: her husband Michael Leon Rubinstein; her children, Jamie Andrick Stewart (Rob) and Jerry Craig Andrick (Stacey); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Diane Stewart, Noah Lawrence Andrick (Ella Jeanette Harris) and Ava Irene Andrick; and her great grandchildren, Melrose Tyra Lamont Harris and Holly Hollingsworth Andrick.
