She was predeceased by: her parents, Lefkoff Synagogue and Ahavath Achim Synagogue. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Berlin, Dr. Arnold Berlin (Myra) and Leonard Berlin (Denise); her caregiver Silvia Friedman; her niece Bobbi Horowitz (Jackie); and her cousin David Antopolsky (Esther). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
