She is survived by: her husband Bryant H. Mulkey Jr.; her children, Anna Howley (Brian), Andy Mulkey (Lisa) and Charles Severance; her siblings, Carol Ellerbe (Wick), Lori Reaser (George) and Marty Hull (Dena); her grandchildren, Jonathan Howley (Jenna), Matthew Howley (Haley), Nicholas Mulkey, Megan Mulkey, Nathan Mulkey, Bryant H. Mulkey VI, Nikki Mulkey, Wyatt Mulkey and Tyler Severance; and her great grandchildren, Wavorly Howley, Scarlett Mulkey, Bryant H. Mulkey V, Micah Mulkey and Julian Zambrano. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
