She was predeceased by: her parents, Valerie D. Carter and Jerome'Chuck'Billings. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Hill; her children, Jazsmine Billings, Jhada Harris, Vinecia Evans (Jamal), Rha'Vyn Hill and JaWon Hill; her grandchildren, Jamal Evans III, JaKhari Evans, Jamere Young, Jaidyn Hill and Kaidyn Hill; her siblings, Litiasha Walker (Max), Showanna Dennis and Dontavis Billings; her niece Alexia Robinson; her nephews, Maurice Walker and Malik Alexander-Billings; her aunt Jean Carter-Winfrey; her uncle Johnny Billings; and her close friend Toney Henderson (Travese Jackson). She is also survived by three great aunts.
