With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Carter in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on February 16, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence and Lexington of Georgia; and her husband John Henry Carter. She is survived by: her nephew Gregory Bronner; her siblings, Virginia Johnson (Mack) of Colbert, GA and Charlie Williams of Athens, GA; and her sister-in-law Eula Williams of Stephens, GA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews who lovingly called her Aunt Gus; cousins.
