She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Franklin and Betty L. Pontoo; and her daughter Shakimma Pontoo. She is survived by: her husband Norris Sampson; her daughters, Jennifer Pontoo and Edie Pontoo; her siblings, Randall Pontoo, Ronald Franklin, Rosalyn Pontoo, Renee Pontoo, Veronica Franklin and Rebecca Frankin; and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Sampson and Delores Sampson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
