It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Eschol Futch of Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on August 6, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Heavard Eschol Futch and Janet Futch Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Ann Payne; his children, Andy Futch (Jennifer) and Rhonda Chatham (Jeb); his grandchildren, Erin Chatham Weatherford (Carson), Abi Chatham, Amanda Futch Davis (Sam), Jessica Futch, Anna Futch and Jacob Futch; his great grandchild Waylon Davis; his sister Peggy Joyner; and his cousin Lynn Herrington.
The family will accept flowers or donations made to the Cartecay UMC Cemetery Fund in care of Renee Walker, 7629 Hwy 52 East, Ellijay, Ga. 30536 or the Hospice Angels Foundation.
