He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin H. Stephens of Atlanta and Wilma Lucille Tillman of Statesboro; and his wife Janice Anita Hart. He is survived by: his sons, David W. (Debra Stephens), Jeffrey D. (Melonie Stephens) and Wade H. (Helen Stephens); his siblings, Lynn Parker (David) of Savannah, Ronald Stephens of Savannah and Ben Stephens (Karen) of Lawrenceville, GA; his grandchildren, Gregory (Dana), Bradley (Cody), Emily (Will), Anna and Katina; and his great grandchildren, Dasher, Arden, Evelyn, Matthew and Kanyon. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
