He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Millikan and Margaret Millikan; and his siblings, Troy Millikan and Ginger Millikan Barber. He is survived by: his wife Kay S Millikan; his children, Joseph T. Millikan (Candace), Katherine M. Correll (Alston) and Britain Millikan (Stella); and his grandchildren, Katherine Correll, Kaylee Correll, Pete Correll, Sydney Millikan, Troy Millikan and Madison Jacobs.
