He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Floyd and Allene Floyd (Cross). He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, Robert A. "Robby" Floyd (Susan) and Rowdy Floyd (Traci); his grandchildren, Bryce Floyd, Kelsie Floyd, Matson Floyd and Carmen Floyd; and his cousins, Steve Jackson (Barbara), Charles Cross (JoAnn), Peggy Kovacs and Buddy Hunter (Gertrude).
The military honors will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beaufort National Cemetery (1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29902).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
