Richard S. Fraser Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fleming B. "Don" Fraser and Erna Ruth Huenefeld Fraser; his brother Don Bruce Fraser; and his wife Barbara Ann "Winnie" Fraser. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Stacey Scalley (Chris Scalley), Richard Christopher Fraser of Atlanta, GA and Jamie Nicole Fraser of California; his grandchildren, John and Gracie Scalley; his brother James A. Fraser (Jane); his nephew David A. Fraser (Katy); and his niece Elizabeth "Betsy" Leonidas.
