He was predeceased by: his parents, Celie Survis Teplitzky and Morris Isaac Teplitzky. He is survived by: his brother Joel Teplitzky of Cleveland, Ohio.; his wife Judy Carolyn Keene; and his children, Dori Ginsburg (David), Vicky Kingkiner (Lisa), Rebecca Goldstien (Keith) and Edward Morrell (Marie).
