Paulette Decker Candler Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2024, at the age of 71, Paulette Decker Candler (Atlanta, Georgia), born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVerne Decker and Erna Neuharth Decker; her husband Asa Candler VI; and her daughter Baby Catherine. She is survived by: her children, Asa Candler VII (Gaylie), Callan Candler (Childers Adams) and Daniel Candler; her siblings, Patty Arey (Ken) and Lee Decker; and her grandchildren, Asa VIII, Bayne and Collins Candler. She is also survived by mother-in-law June Candler; and four nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Northside United Methodist Church or Emory Winship Cancer Institute, care of the Winship Bone Marrow Transplant Fund.
