LaFreniere and Gertrude LaFreniere (Klecker); his former wives, Patricia Shanley LaFreniere and Margaret Espinda LaFreniere; his wife Shirley Broniec LaFreniere; and his children, James LaFreniere of Nashville, Joseph LaFreniere of Overland Park, Thomas LaFreniere of Atlanta, Georgia, John LaFreniere of Knoxville, Daniel LaFreniere of Columbia and Andrea Miciano of New Braunfels, Texas.. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
