He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Harber and Catalina Harber; his wife Janet Harber; and his siblings, Norman Harber, Gladys Ferrante and April Cadorette.
He is survived by: his children, Paul J. "Joe" Harber Jr. (Lisa) and Paige Dunham (Christopher); his grandchildren, Jarrett Harber (Jes) and JoAnna Hodnett (Josh); his great grandchildren, Arthur Harber, Peter Harber and Evelyn Hodnett; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Harber; and his brothers, Frank Harber and Albert Harber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
