She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lester and Nona Lester; her sister Shirley Uy; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Sams and Bobby Newman.

She is survived by: her siblings, Robbin Newman, Kimberly Sams, Hugh Lester, Ralph Lester, Robert Lester and Christine Lester; her brother-in-law Arnel Uy; her nieces and nephews, Joes Newman, Melissa Newman, Jackie Martinez, Junior, Khryss Lester and Patrick Uy; her great-nephew Caden Newman; and her close friend Bobby Dennis.
