Nalin Kant was predeceased by: wife Maura Carmel Chaudhry; parents, Joginder Nath and Kanta Chaudhry; and parents-in-law, Edward and Mary McCullagh.

Nalin Kant is survived by: children, Kieran (Stephanie) of Atlanta, GA and Alanna (Paul Friesen) of Vancouver, B. C.; brother Paresh (Anita); grandsons, Declan Chaudhry of Atlanta, GA, Bryce and Silas Friesen of Vancouver, B. C.; and parent-in-law England. Nalin Kant is also survived by Nephews in Canada, Cousins in India, Aunt, Uncle and cousins.
