She is survived by: her son Sharieff Dessassau; her stepdaughter Twana Dessassau; her grandchildren, Kambria, Natoya, Jalair, Jeremiah and Jasley; her aunt Lizzie Boyd; and her uncle Elbert Cooper. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Herschel Thornton Mortuary (3346 M. L. K. Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30331). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Calvary Missionary Baptist Church (1690 Melrose Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30310).
