He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Webb Payne; his children, Christopher (Christy), Andrew (Stacy), Matthew (Clare) and Jennifer Duffy (Joe); his grandchildren, Anne Carter, Emily, Morgan Jr., Carolyn, James, Harrison Payne, David and Alexandra Duffy; and his siblings, Ken (Forrestine) and Elissa Christiansen (Steve). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews he loved.
