He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Frank Jr. and Zimmie Wise Frank of Huntsville, AL.; and his brother Morris "Buster" Frank. He is survived by: his children, Amy Sue, Neal Maziar, Buddy Frank, Elizabeth Mattis Namgyel, Steven and Ivy Frank; his grandchildren, Megan, Adam Kaye, Jake, Stephanie Maziar, Hailey Jane, Madelyn, Lila and Charlee Frank; and his great grandchild Mitchell Adam Kaye III.
