It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael David Shulimson of Atlanta, Georgia, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Shulimson and Isabel Shulimson of Asheville, NC; and his brother Richard Shulimson of Asheville. He is survived by: his son Scott Shulimson of Santa; his sister Gail Shulimson of Asheville, NC; his nieces, Shari Williams of Denver, CO and Jennifer Fletcher (Donovan) of Morganton, NC; and his wife Nancy Krusoe. He is also survived by several cousins, five great nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to MemoryCare of Asheville (memorycare.org) or Four Seasons Hospice (fourseasonsfdnorg).
