He is survived by: his wife Carrie S. West; his daughters, Angela Zellars and Felicia Kelly; his daughter-in-law Roxanne Collier; his grandchildren, Terrance Collier, Juanna Collier, Raquel Collier, Monique Collier, Alexis Zellars, Daveon Kelly and Kaylin Andrews; and his former wife Irene West.
