She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Looney and Mary Cronin Looney (Minnie); her husbands, Bill O'Sullivan and Bob Perez; and her siblings, Bridie, Joan, Eileen, Kathy, Margaret and Jimmy.

She is survived by: her children, Maureen (Chris) of Atlanta, Dede (Joe) of Athens, Dennis (Betsy) of Atlanta and Joanne (Andrew) of Asheville, NC; and her sister Mary Ita Looney of Mallow. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and many friends.

She & her gentle spirit seemed to be with me throughout my life: when I played soccer as a little girl (Mr. O’Sullivan coaching), at St Benedicts and at St George Villiage, where my parents live. I so enjoyed our chats, especially after getting to visit Ireland this summer. Learning about the “runaway bogs” & singing “The Fields of Athenry” together were highlights.
