With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha McNiel Stelling of Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hobgood McNiel and Maude Elizabeth McDaniel McNiel. She is survived by: her son Daniel; her husband Ed of Augusta; her children, William Edouard Stelling (Ginny), Frankie and Joseph McDaniel Stelling (Blakeney); her grandchildren, Louie and Mackie; her son John McNiel Stelling (Virginia); her grandchildren, Hamilton and Louise; her sister Nancy McNiel Long; and her brothers-in-law, Kessel Stelling, Jr. and Mitch Stelling.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the H. M. Patterson & Son Oglethorpe-Hill Chapel (4550 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30319). Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Martha's family asks consideration of a memorial donation to the Atlanta Humane Society, 1551 Perry Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 or a charity of your choice.
