He was predeceased by: his parent Ashley Pitt Cox. He is survived by: his close friend Debra Taylor; and his brothers, Todd Cox (Judy) of Oklahoma and Pat Cox (Lois) of South Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
