He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Thomas, Sr. and Mattie M. Thomas; his wife Mary; and his brothers, Glenn Thomas, Jr. and Michael Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley A. Thomas, Leon Thomas (Trinise) and Anthony Thomas (Ronnie); and his brother Andrew Thomas, Sr. Handy (Ann). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
