Leon Feldman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leon Feldman of Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on April 23, 2025 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Feldman (Gussie Feldman) and Gussie Feldman (Marilyn Richman Feldman); his son Stanley Feldman; and his sisters, Irene Wright, Lena Solomon and Shirley Prystowsky.
He is survived by: his children, Ellen Arnovitz Plasker (Michael Plasker) of Atlanta, Stuart Feldman of Charleston and Nancy Feldman of New York; his grandchildren, Kevin Arnovitz (Erich Schwartzel) of Los Angeles, Staci Arnovitz (Sam Finkelstein) of London, Aaron Feldman (Alana) of New York, William Feldman (Melissa Danesh) of Manhattan Beach, Calif, Pearl Ann Arnovitz (Andrew Rosenzweig) of Atlanta and Jenny Eskildsen (Scott) of Chapel Hill; his great grandchildren, Maya, Cameron Finkelstein, Sienna, Summer Feldman, Connor, Jacob, Lucas Eskildsen, Marley, Benjamin Rosenzweig, Asher, Lilah and Talia Feldman; his siblings-in-law, Sanford and Sandra Richman; and his adopteds, Shauna, Steven Grosswald, Dara, Andy Grant, Jessica and Jeff Sacks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brith Sholom Beth Israel Synagogue Cemetery (198 Sycamore Ave, Charleston, SC 29407). A shiva will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Home of Ellen Arnovitz Plasker and Michael Plasker (5720 Powers Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30327).
