Leith A. Smith Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leith A. Smith (Atlanta, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 15, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Claude Williams; her children, Nicholas Ewan Smith of Katy, TX, Dana Arielle Batesmith of Atlanta, GA and Lianne Claudine Smith of Atlanta, GA; her children-in-law, Yasmin Otway Smith (Nicholas), Hallie Batesmith (Dana) and MacKenzie Hornsby (Lianne); her siblings, Winsome Davis, Claudette Faymarine, Clare Willshope, Esther Rose, Dian Casander, Howadeen Dale, Radcliffe Lee, Roger Wordsworth and Nigell Manville; her grandchildren, Malah Love, Rahna Joy, Rahm Noble, Aleigh Toussaint Augustus and Luther Callahan Carver; and her mother Ahma. She was also cherished by 40 nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Atlanta Berean Seventh-Day Adventist Church (291 Hamilton E Holmes Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30318).
