He is survived by: his children, Catherine McCullough Austin (William Edward Austin, Jr.) and Kenneth Rogers McCullough, Jr. (Wendy Strauts McCullough) of Atlanta, GA; his brother James McCullough (Jane Anne McCullough) of Saratoga Springs, NY.; and his grandchildren, Evelyn, William Austin, Andrew and Beckett McCullough.
