He is survived by: his children, Shawda Rowland (Dexter), Kendra Ficklin (Fredrick), Karim Jones and Askia Jones; his siblings, Sandra El-Amin, Sharon Kindell, Calvin Jones (Veronica) and Clarence Jones, Jr.; his grandchildren, Thaddeus McGuire, Jr., Amare McClain, Kionne Jones, Zaria Jones, Desiree Jones, Karim Jones, Jr., Saniya Jones, Simone Rowland, Lakavon Jones, Neyonna Jones, Justin Jones, Karter Dawes, Peyton Jones and Kyland Jones; and his great grandchildren, Thaddeus McGuire III, Ava McClain, Amare McClain Jr. and Semir McClain.
A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Liberty Baptist Church (395 Chamberlain St SE, Atlanta, GA 30312). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:55 AM and at 12:00 PM.
