She is survived by: her husband Leonard German Adams; her children, Leonard G. Adams Jr. "Butch" (Jackie Adams), Walter Adams and Cynthia Adams Langston; her stepdaughter Linda Adams; her grandchildren, Tarkinton Deon Adams (Monique Adams), Tujuanza Ernest (Harlen Ernest), Qiana Johnson (Shawn Johnson) and Ronald Gates; and her great grandchildren, Kai Adams, Shawn Johnson and Abigal Johnson.
