She was predeceased by: her parents, Marquis Wilton Childs and Pauline Joyner Childs; her siblings, Miriam Childs Dobbs, Betty Jean Childs Chisholm, Robert Wilton Childs and Billy Mitchel Childs; her former husband Harold Webster Jones; her stepchildren, Julie Margaret Almand Gaddis and John Salwyn Almand; and her grandson Clinton David Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Jones Francisco (Bob) of Marietta, GA, Harold David Jones of Dacula, GA and Benjamin Patrick Jones (Dee) of Cary, NC; her stepdaughter Carolann Stabrowski; her grandchildren, Matthew Alexander Francisco (Erin) of Birmingham, AL, Kathryn Yvonne Francisco of Brooklyn, NY and Justin Patrick Jones of Cary, NC; her great grandchildren, Sarah, Ezra and Amos Francisco of Birmingham, AL; and her sister Sara Martha Childs of Grayson, GA.. She is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren, and 1 step-great-grandchild.
