With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kareem Ken Hayes of Atlanta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 6, 2025 at the age of 49. He was predeceased by: his mother Debra Ruth Hayes Bell; and his grandmother Margie Mae Hayes. He is survived by: his sister Brandy Brewster (Bell); his grandfather Ernest Hayes; his aunts, Shirley Hayes Briggs (Tony), Margaret A. Vann (Rick), Thelma Lanclos (Denrick) and Gwendolyn L. Motley (Leonard); his uncle Richard Hayes; his nephews, Rafael J. Brewster Jr., Jiovonni M. Brewster and Marcello J. Brewster; his cousins, Jeremy Garrett, Johnthan Garrett, Jacob Motley, Linda Hayes and Michael Hayes; and his close friend Sonny Scrudder. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tom M. Wages Funeral Service - Snellville (3705 US-78, Snellville, GA 30039). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
