He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Sims Alexander; his brother George Alexander; his children, Karen Lewis (James), Carmen Williams (Eugene), Julie Nixon (Torrence) and Patrick Alexander, Sr. (Cheryl); his grandchildren, James Lewis, III, David Lewis (Holly), Matthew Lewis-Hall (Jacob), Genia Williams, Patrick Alexander, Jr. (Yvette), Camera Williams, Merideth Alexander, Omar Nixon, Asad Nixon and Asha Nixon; his great grandchildren, Maleah Lewis, Dominic Alexander, Diana Alexander, Monteiro Lewis, Amir Lewis and Kyrin Lewis; his niece Lia Pearson (Brian); and his nephews, Shawn and Vincent Alexander.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church (551 Harwell Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318).
