She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Higgins and Hazel Higgins; her husband Luther J. Carroll, Jr.; her son Jeff Carroll; and her siblings, Judy Mrozkowski, John Higgins and Janis Higgins Doty.
She is survived by: her son Tip Carroll (Kathy); her grandsons, Brent Carroll (Mary Frances) and Drew Carroll (Kaile); and her great grandchildren, Jack Carroll, James Carroll and Miller Rose Carroll.
